Bee Safe Bee Removal | Bee Removal From Garage Eave and Attic

Service Details

This job was on the garage side of the home, where the bees were working about 10 feet up and moving into the eave and attic area. The customer had noticed the activity about three days earlier. I inspected it on June 27 to confirm the travel pattern and figure out the best access. Based on where the bees were entering, the cleanest way to handle it was from the roof instead of opening up from lower down and making the repair wider than it needed to be. I came back on June 28 and opened the roof section needed to reach the hive. Once I had access, I removed the hive material from the void, cleaned out the area, and put in new isolation material before closing it back up. After that, I repaired the roof where I had opened it so the structure was sealed again. This one moved pretty directly from inspection to removal since the entry point was clear and the location gave me a workable path from above. By the end of the job, the hive had been removed, the cavity had been closed back in, and the roof section had been repaired, with some outside bee movement still expected to taper off afterward.
