Service Details

I arrived at the property on July 11th to address bee activity inside a wooden bird house located in the backyard. The bees had established themselves inside the enclosed space, using the interior cavity as a nesting area. I began by observing entry and exit points to confirm active use and to ensure there were no additional colonies nearby that would affect the treatment. Given the limited size of the structure and its location away from the main residence, the approach focused on controlled treatment rather than structural removal. A pesticide rated for residential use was applied gently and directly into the bird house opening to address the bees inside. The application was limited to the interior cavity to avoid unnecessary exposure to surrounding plants or yard features. After treatment, I allowed time for activity to subside before checking the structure again from a distance. Once activity had stopped, the bird house was left in place, as no repairs were requested by the homeowner. I advised that the structure remain unused for a short period to ensure the treatment had fully taken effect. The job concluded with the bee activity resolved and the backyard stabilized.
