Service Details

I arrived at the property on July 6th after the homeowner reported steady bee activity entering the roof tiles on the second floor. July is peak season for established colonies, and the consistent traffic pattern indicated a large hive rather than a temporary swarm. I began with an exterior inspection and identified the main access point beneath overlapping roof tiles. Once access was gained, the hive was found to be well established, with healthy honeycomb clearly visible and attached beneath the tile line. Due to the hive size and location, removal was carried out carefully to avoid disturbing surrounding roof sections. I removed the bees and honeycomb in a controlled manner, working directly beneath the tiles where the colony was anchored. After the hive was fully cleared, I cleaned the cavity to reduce residual attractants that could draw future bee activity. Repairs were completed using the same roofing and structural materials that were removed for access. The tiles were reset and secured to restore the roofline and close the original entry point. After completion, I observed the area from ground level to confirm that bee activity had stopped. The job concluded with the hive removed and the roof structure returned to its original condition.
