Bee Safe Bee Removal | Front Entrance Eave Hive Removal and Repair

Service Details

This was a removal and repair job on a large hive built into the eave over the front entrance. The main traffic was using one gap at the entry trim, but the amount of movement at the opening made it clear there was a well-established colony inside the void. Since this was over the front door, the work area had to stay controlled from the start so the entrance could be put back in usable shape once the hive was out. I opened the eave carefully, removed the bees and comb section by section, and cleaned the cavity out fully so there was no wax or residue left behind inside the space. After that, I treated the void to help reduce re-entry and then handled the repair work on the opened section. The goal on this one was straightforward: remove the colony cleanly, clear the nest material from the eave, and close the access point back up so the front entrance was protected again. When I wrapped up, there was still some normal bee flight around the area, which is typical while returning bees sort themselves out.
