Service Details

I arrived at the property on July 1st to address bee activity coming from beneath the roof tiles on the second floor. The bees were calm and moving in and out of a single tile overlap, which suggested an established hive rather than a passing swarm. Based on their behavior and access point, I determined the colony could be removed without the use of a protective suit. This allowed for closer handling and more controlled removal. I carefully lifted the affected roof tiles and exposed the hive. The bees were removed in an orderly manner, and the comb was taken out intact. Once the cavity was cleared, I reinstalled the roof tiles and completed repairs using the same materials that had been removed during access. All seams and overlaps were reset to restore the roofline and prevent reentry. After the removal and repairs were completed, I applied a general preventive service around the exterior of the home to discourage bees from returning to similar areas. The job concluded with no remaining bee activity and the roof fully secured.
