Service Details

I arrived at the property on September 9th after the homeowner reported steady bee traffic entering the soffit area on the second story. This type of activity usually indicates an established hive inside the structure rather than surface clustering. I began with a visual inspection from the ground and then accessed the soffit to confirm the entry point and internal activity. Once the location was verified, I opened the affected soffit section in a controlled manner. A bee vacuum designed specifically for live bee removal was used to safely extract the bees without causing unnecessary stress or dispersal into other parts of the structure. After the bees were removed, I cleared remaining hive material from the cavity to reduce attractants that could lead to reoccupation. Repairs were completed using the same soffit materials that were removed for access. The area was closed, secured, and sealed to restore the exterior and block future entry. I monitored the site briefly after completion to confirm that flight activity had stopped. The job concluded with the soffit repaired and the second-story access point fully resolved.
