Service Details

I arrived at the property on July 9th after the homeowner reported bees traveling into the structure and disappearing between the first and second floors. This type of activity usually indicates an established hive inside a concealed cavity rather than surface nesting. I began with an interior and exterior assessment, then used a thermal camera to locate heat signatures consistent with clustered bees inside the wall and floor system. This allowed me to pinpoint the active area without opening unnecessary sections of the structure. Once the hive location was confirmed, I accessed the cavity from the interior where it was safest and most direct. A bee vacuum was used to remove the bees in a controlled manner, limiting spread into adjacent spaces. After removal, remaining hive material was cleared to reduce residual attractants. I then repaired the opened section using materials that matched the existing interior finish to restore structural continuity. After repairs were completed, I rechecked the area with the thermal camera to confirm there was no remaining activity. The job concluded with the hive removed, the structure sealed, and normal use of the space restored.
