Service Details

I arrived at the property on September 11th to remove a bee swarm clustered high in a backyard tree. The bees were gathered about 25 feet off the ground on an exposed branch. There was no visible honeycomb or hive structure, which confirmed this was a temporary swarm rather than an established colony. Even without a hive, the height and location required careful planning to avoid scattering the bees. I set up a ladder and checked the stability of the branch before beginning removal. To keep the swarm calm during handling, a small amount of smoke was used briefly and only as needed for this situation. This helped reduce movement while I positioned the collection equipment. The swarm was then removed in a controlled manner without cutting into the tree or damaging surrounding branches. Once the bees were cleared, I stayed on site to observe the area and confirm that no secondary clusters formed. With no hive present, no sealing or repairs were required. The job concluded with the swarm fully removed and no continued bee activity at the tree.
