Service Details

I arrived at the property on July 15th after the homeowner reported heavy bee activity along the second-floor roofline. From the ground, I observed consistent flight traffic entering beneath a single roof tile. After setting up access, I confirmed that a large hive was established directly below the roof tile, using the overlap as shelter and an entry point. Due to the hive’s location and size, I carefully lifted the affected roof tile to expose the hive without expanding the opening more than necessary. A bee vacuum was used to remove the bees in a controlled manner, allowing for live removal while keeping activity contained at height. Once the bees were cleared, I removed the hive material from beneath the tile and cleaned the cavity to reduce lingering attractants. At the homeowner’s request, the area was left open after removal so they could coordinate their own roofing repairs. I made sure the site was stable and that no loose hive material remained before stepping down. The job concluded with the hive fully removed and bee activity stopped at the roofline.
