Service Details

I arrived at the property on May 19th to address bee activity coming from beneath the roof tiles. The homeowner had observed consistent flight paths along the roofline, which indicated an established hive rather than passing foragers. I began with an exterior inspection and then used a thermal camera to locate heat signatures beneath the tiles. This allowed me to pinpoint the hive location without removing more roofing material than necessary. Once the active area was confirmed, I carefully lifted the affected roof tiles to access the hive. The bees were removed using a bee vacuum designed for live removal, keeping the process controlled and minimizing disruption to the surrounding structure. After the bees and hive material were cleared, I inspected the cavity to ensure no remaining activity or residual attractants were present. Repairs were completed using the same roofing materials that were removed during access. The tiles were reset and secured to restore the original roofline and prevent future entry. A final exterior check confirmed that bee traffic had stopped and the roof surface was intact. The job concluded with the hive fully removed and the roof returned to its original condition.
